50 years have passed since Elle-Hánsa had his first solo exhibition, in Guovdageaindu, easter of 1975.
It is an honor to Dáiddadállu to exhibit some of Hans Ragnar Mathisen´s art, 50 years after his debut.
Curators Elle Márjá Eira and Leif Magne Tangen has together with the artist himself, chosen the works that have become the anniversary exhibition «HALF A CENTURY ARTIST: 50 years – 50 artpieces».
Some of the art is on loan from Árran julevsámi guovdasj, which received more than 12.000 items from Elle-Hánsa himself as a gift.
Dáiddadállu is grateful of being able to do this, as this is a special year for Elle-Hánsa. Later this year he celebrates his 80th birthday, so this is a double-celebration for him!
The exhibition is to be found in four different venues in Guovdageaidnu; RDM Guovdageainnu Gilišillju, Duodjeinstituhtta, Čoarvemátta and Diehtosiida (marked in the map).
